Signature Recipe
Shiraz Gin Sour
Velvety and lush deliciousness. This Shiraz Gin Sour is what cocktail dreams are made of!
Ingredients
- 45ml shiraz gin
- 30ml lemon juice
- 15ml simple syrup
- 30ml egg white/Aquafaba or 10ml Wonderfoam
Method
Add all ingredients to a shaker, dry shake 5 seconds. Add ice and shake 5-7 seconds. Double strain into a coupe, garnish with a sage leaf, dehydrated lemon wheel or dried rose petals.
