Ginny Pig Distillery is a small husband & wife owned and operated distillery based in Flagstaff Hill, SA.

Once just a dream for Registered Nurses Bec & Craig, they worked hard to learn the art of distilling in the hope to create great tasting gins that everyone can enjoy.

Recently picking up a gold medal for their Botanic Gin in Tasting Aust Spirits Awards and the trophy for best micro batch Spirit they are certainly off to a good start!

Current Releases:

Botanic Gin – Botanic Gin is clean & fresh on the nose, bold and dry on the palette with a slight floral finish. This beautiful award winning gin features botanicals such as Juniper, Lemon Myrtle, Rosemary, Tasmanian Pepperberry and elderflower just to name a few.

Classic Dry Gin – 8 including juniper, coriander, angelica & orris root. Elderflower has delicately been added for a hint of floral to compliment citrus notes of mandarin & grapefruit.

Spiced Fig Gin – An aromatic & warming gin with rich amounts of fig, cinnamon, ginger & clove on a subtle juniper base.

Blueberry Gin – Juniper forward gin infused with fresh blueberries and vanilla bean. The dryness of juniper and sweetness of blueberry have carefully been balanced to produce a truly unique spirit.

Distillery Door Now Open!

Our tasting room is open 5 days a week in the McLaren Vale & Fleurieu Coast Visitor Centre. Drop by for bottle sales over the counter or stay for a tastings, gin flights and Charcuterie in this fully-equipped and scenic location.

The centre is fully accessible with ample parking and facilities for babies and children. It is also on the Coast to Vines Rail Trail and Shiraz Trail cycling routes with multiple options for bike hire.
