Signature Recipe
Passionfruit Yuzu Mojito
A tantalizing fusion of passionfruit, zesty yuzu and refreshing mint. This cocktail is a sip of sunshine in every mouthful.
Ingredients
- 20ml Passionfruit
- 60ml Settlers Yuzu Gin
- 20ml Lime juice
- 110ml Soda water
- 30ml Sugar Syrup
- Mint leaves to garnish Ice
Method
Over ice, add the passionfruit, Settlers Yuzu Gin, lime juice and sugar syrup to your cocktail mixer. Shake well.
Add ice cubes to your serving glass. Pour in the contents of your cocktail mixer to the serving glass. Top with soda water.
Garnish with mint leaves.
